Insurance costs are a huge concern in the Panhandle. At AMS, we're hearing from various agents to prepare for a 30% increase in insurance costs, depending on the location of communities.This increase has serious consequences for our associations and their budgets. We find it's important for our associations and their Board of Directors to openly communicate about changes or increases in insurance premiums with their members since there may be budget concerns that affect everyone. With open communication, everyone can be informed and work with the Board to make adjustments, as needed.#camams #associationmanagement

This week, I have dealt with 5 insurers who have all been superb. So many thanks to Adam Murray at Aviva. Colin Davies at AXA David Walker at Hastings Craig Marchant at Admiral .Special nod also goes to Covéa Insurance Chloe Neal who assisted on a case the previous week.What I thoroughly appreciate about all of these companies and associated people, is that they appreciate exactly what I am doing. I am not asking for things that people are not entitled to, I am resolving issues that benefit the insurer as much as those who instruct me.When we all work toward the same goal, ( resolving issues), all the hassle grief and stress for all parties goes away. ( the end result is customers getting their entitlement and being happier).For the other insurers out there, this means fewer complaints going to the FOS, less chance of litigation being taken, and highlighting internal issues in your business that need resolving.
